Black rice "Nerone" 1 Kg. organic and gluten-free

Gluten free from organic farming. Organic Black rice by Cascina Belcreda is a wholemeal rice pleasantly aromatic; it takes 35/40 minutes for cooking. It boasts extraordinary nutritional properties: it is rich in fibre and phosphorus and contains such minerals as calcium, iron, zinc, selenium. Its naturally black colour is due to the pericarp that covers the grain. Venere rice by Cascina Belcreda is a perfect side-dish for meat or fish; it can be simply boiled in salted water and dressed with oil or butter; or cooked as pilaf.
