Cascina Belcredi wants to inform you about our terms of sale and customers satisfy rating, in order to avoid misunderstandings. Follow the steps to make an order.
Availability
Our articles are all available. In the exceptional case of the absence of a product, the customer will be contacted to arrange replacement.
Control
All orders are checked and, if discrepancies, ou staff contact you by phone or email, for any corrections or clarifications.
Order
minimum order amount 50.00€
Orders will be shipped within 36 hours after your order.
Prices and surcharges
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Payments
- We accept credit cards (paper, Master card, Visa) and prepaid cards.
- We accept PayPal payments.
Purchases by holders of VAT
The only indication of the number of VAT on the registration form of the customer, means that an invoice (not the tax receipt) follows all his orders: this document will be issued simultaneously for all orders made by those customers.
To avoid errors, remember to NOT INDICATE YOUR PERSONAL TAX CODE in the registration form.
If your personal code is present, it wiil be matched with your company, and then reported in all the documents of sale.
Responsibility
CASCINA Belcredi is not responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the site, nor for delayed and / or non-delivery of the product.
CASCINA Belcredi is not responsible for correspondence with the specifications of articles published on the site resulting from the features provided by the manufacturer (single charge of its products).
Risk and Property
The goods shipped exclusively via the eBOOST of SDA is insured up to 516.46 euros: there is no insurance on postal shipments. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the "integrity of packages and correspondence with the quantity and quality as specified in the accompanying document (DDT Tax Receipt or Invoice). If it finds any differences, should be given immediate notice to Customer Support via telephone or e-mail, and then, within 10 days, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The customer has the obligation, even in the presence of packaging intact, and to ensure the items purchased within three days of receipt: Any signal beyond the above deadlines will not be taken into account. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for what, according to the applicable laws.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to revoke the purchase contract within 10 days of receipt of goods, without penalty and without being obliged to state any reasons. This should happen in written form addressed to our customer service (assistenzaclienti@belcreda.it).
The Customer must indicate in detail the returned goods in the return notice.
Cascina Belcreda will contact the Customer in order to conciliate the procedures and terms of the withdrawal of the goods, at its own expenses.

For any clarification or if any complaint contact the addresses e-mail published on the site (depending on the type of request).
Law and Jurisdiction
For any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation or performance of this contract is that the legislation in force in the Italian State.
The place of jurisdiction is to Rimini.
