Rice parboiled organic and gluten-free

Gluten free from organic farming. Organic Cascina Belcreda Ribe parboiled rice is the result of an ancient process called parborization. The row rice is steam – cooked, dried with hot air, and finally the external coating is removed. The grains turn golden and keep mineral salts and vitamines; during the cooking they stay solid and well separated. Cascina Belcreda parboiled rice is cooked in 10/12 minutes. It is perfectly suitable for risotto, rice salads and hors-d’oeuvre. And it is never overcooked.
